CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

Once your order is shipped, cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER!

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If you receive a damaged product, please report it to us within 3 days of receipt by emailing info@aibahstore.com.
To ensure a smooth process, include the following in your email:
- A clear photo of the damaged product
- Your order details
Once we review and confirm the issue, we’ll process a replacement or refund in accordance with our policy.
